Since 2015, the Your Chance Scholarship has been exactly that for students – a chance to be able to attend college with some financial assistance to make it possible. A Bloomfield woman was able to advance some of her schooling as a young woman because of a generous scholarship that she received. She and her husband wanted to give back to the next generations. The anonymous couple, inspired by their own academic journeys, chose to assist students who have graduated from high school and may have taken college courses, but did not graduate with a degree. These students may have had their college studies interrupted by growing families or financial difficulties.
