- Will be enrolled one of the following schools as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student: Quinnipiac University School of Law, University of Connecticut School of Law, Western New England University School of Law, Yale Law School
- Of South Asian descent or demonstrate a commitment to serving the South Asian community and/or culture and heritage
- In good academic standing
- Demonstrated financial need
The South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut serves as a resource to lawyers and law students of South Asian descent for mentoring, networking, and community outreach. The nine-member board of directors and association members established this scholarship fund in 2014 in honor of the Association’s tenth anniversary.
