Jennifer Hodges was an assistant chief flight nurse and an original crew member of the Life Star helicopter program at Hartford Hospital. On the way to a motorcycle accident, the helicopter crashed and killed Jennifer – a Conard High School graduate – at the age of 32. The fund was established in 1993.
