- Graduating high school seniors who live in or attend high school in the 29-town Greater Hartford region
- Planning to attend a four-year college/university
- Interested in business and/or history
- Involved with volunteer, community service, and/or extracurricular activities which many include sports/athletics, with a preference for soccer
- Demonstrated financial need
Rick and Janet Guerrini created this scholarship in 2022, in loving memory of their son, Christopher, who was only 32 when he passed away in 2021. He and his twin brother, Brian, graduated from Glastonbury High School, where they won two state high school soccer championships. Christopher continued to play at Roger Williams University, where he was team captain. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University and worked in finance in Boston and New York City.
