- Graduating high school seniors from East Windsor High School
- Earned a B average or 2.5 - 3.0 GPA
- Participation in community service
- Planning to attend either a two- or four-year college/university
Supporting students, especially those who may be under recognized, is important to Bill and Maxine Schortman. This is the second scholarship fund they established at the Foundation. While East Windsor High School wasn’t built when Bill attended school, it is the school he would have attended when he was growing up. This fund, established in 2010, was the first at the Foundation to specifically benefit graduates of East Windsor High School. Through the Foundation, the Schortmans were able to address a need and honor their past while providing for the future.
