Sign up for payments through ACH Direct Deposit
As of April 15, 2023, Greater Hartford Gives Foundation requires ACH for all payments.
In order to receive payments, organizations must complete our ACH Form, as we are no longer utilizing checks. We’ve created a digital form using Dropbox Sign to ensure that your information is secure and confidential. Once the form is completed, your organization will be registered for ACH payments and we can deposit funds directly into your bank account quickly and easily. We ask that you complete the form as soon as possible to ensure timely payments in the future.

This form only needs to be completed once, unless your organization’s account information changes, in which case you will need to re-submit.
